Sustainability Declaration
Our company, while deeply cultivating its professional field, has always placed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regarded as an important foundation for corporate sustainable development. 2024 marks our fourth consecutive year of issuing a sustainability report, along with the past seven corporate social responsibility reports, we have been advancing on the path of sustainability for nearly ten years. Along the way, we have "Implement corporate governance", "sustainable development environment", "maintain social welfare", and "enhance information disclosure". As core indicators, we will continue to promote and deepen various sustainable actions.
In response to the challenges of global climate change, we are committed to building a more resilient operational structure. Starting in 2024, the company has begun to establish a complete greenhouse gas inventory, conducting inventory operations in accordance with ISO 14064-1 standards, and plans to complete third-party verification by 2028. This work not only responds to international trends but also demonstrates our determination to take action on carbon reduction.
In terms of environmental management, we not only comply with environmental regulations but also actively promote pollution prevention, energy efficiency improvement, and environmental quality enhancement. We continuously strengthen thermal energy recovery and resource efficiency in our processes to reduce the impact of operations on the environment.
In facing the risks of climate change, we refer annually to the GRI standards and the TCFD climate-related financial disclosure recommendations published by the Financial Stability Board (FSB) to establish a climate risk and opportunity management framework. Through systematic identification, assessment, and response strategies, we gain a clearer understanding of the potential impacts on the company from extreme weather, policy adjustments, and market changes, allowing us to deploy appropriate measures in advance.
