[Characteristics]:

 

  •  Zinc oxide AY powder serves as a vulcanization accelerator activator for rubber, speeding up the curing reaction while improving the tensile strength of the rubber and enhancing the abrasion resistance of the finished products. However, it is ideally suited for premium black and dark-colored rubber tires and products.

  • Zinc oxide AY powder exhibits high thermal conductivity and protects rubber from UV degradation, delivering excellent anti-UV and anti-aging properties.

  • With a melting point of 1975°C, AY zinc oxide powder acts as an effective flux in ceramics manufacturing; it reduces the viscosity of porcelain clay, prevents deformation, minimizes product defects, and accelerates the kiln-firing maturation period.

Premium black rubber tires, rubber footwear, electrical insulation materials and other rubber products; enamel raw materials for the ceramics and glass industries; essential trace elements in animal feed additives to promote growth, as well as for soil amendment to stimulate healthy plant growth.
