Cathay Chemical Works Co., Ltd. Since establishment in 1962, it has gone through more than60 Over the years, and becomes a well-known chemical manufacturing enterprise in Taiwan. We specialize in the production of products such as sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate(Rongalite), zinc oxide, sodium metabisulfite, and zinc powder, and market them globally under our own brand CATHAY. The products are widely sold in Japan, South Korea, China, Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States, and Australia, and have gained recognition and trust in the international market.

ZnO

Zinc oxide AY powder is produced by Cathay Chemical using state-of-the-art equipment, calcined at a high temperature of 1200°C. Utilizing a sophisticated production process, it delivers exceptional quality and ultra-high purity, as the volatile matter typically contained in zinc oxide powder has been completely incinerated. It serves as an essential raw material for the manufacturing of premium black and dark-colored tires, rubber cables/wires, and insulation equipment. Furthermore, it acts as a vital vulcanization activator for rubber, as well as a high-purity, feed-grade ZnO additive that provides an indispensable essential trace element to promote animal growth. It is also highly suitable for the production of high-grade ceramics, tiles, mosaics, sanitary ware, and enamelware, being particularly renowned as an excellent flux for glaze and glass manufacturing.
